Solemn Vale shipping breakdown per region below.
US Shipping
+ All books have been processed and shipped for US backers. Some folks are already posting that they have received their books.
+ Some of the missing cartons have been found and are being routed to California. ETA still to be confirmed. Please Take Note!!! > There will be a second shipment to all backers who did not receive the Add-Ons they ordered in the first shipment.
UK and Rest of World Shipping
+ Spiral Galaxy is processing the orders for shipment and they will depart in the next week or so. A gradual process and there will be a final address check direct from Spiral Galaxy, so please be sure to reply to their email directly if you have last minute address changes.
+ If any issues concerning delivery for UK and Rest of World orders, after shipping confirmation has been received, please contact [email protected] for additional support. Non-shipping related questions can be directed to me > [email protected]

Hi Folks,
I've been going through all communications for anyone who contacted me about their shipping address to ensure the right information is in the system. If you have any doubt that your address might not be up to date, please message me directly with your correct address.
The below link can also be used to access your BackerKit with the email you signed up with. If the address is outdated, contact me ASAP.
Now that packages are going out, it would be unfortunate if books got shipped to old an address.

Hi Folks,
After what feels like an eternity, Solemn Vale is ready to be shipped for US, UK and Rest of World. YaY!!!
While it's great news that all the books are all ready to ship, some of the inbound shipment for the US is currently missing in transit. The shipping agent believes they are likely still on the East Coast. I'll keep folks informed. I am staying positive that they'll show up soon.
There are a couple of points below covering the current status.
UK and Rest of World Deliveries
+ All product is received and will be processed in the next week or two based on the schedule of our fulfilment partner.
US Deliveries
+ All books, narrator screens and character journals received.
+ Missing in transit are dice, cards, journals and maps.
+ All books will be processed and shipped out to backers ASAP over the coming week or two. + I am processing the US shipments myself and will be doing the orders in daily batches.ย
+ A follow up shipment will go out to those who ordered Add-Ons once we locate the MIA cartons.ย
Retail Orders
+ I'll be in touch with retailers to finalise.

Hi Folks,
The final delivery address reminders were sent out last week as we are close to getting the books out to backers. That said, I am kind of in limbo right now on actual date.
For full transparency, below are two snapshots from my inbox. The Shipping Agent is having a hard time getting updates from the Freight Forwarder. The product arrive at port in New York over a month ago and should have been delivered to me a couple of weeks ago, at the latest.
It's extremely frustrating but there is nothing much I can do right now to speed things up other than push them for details. Hopefully the Freight Forwarder gets their act together and provides an update on delivery.ย
If you were having any issues with updating your current address in BackerKit, or will be moving in the coming weeks, please send me a direct message on KS with the correct address and I'll update accordingly.
